Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be processed.

2. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items must be free from stains, damage, and signs of wear. Please note that clearance items and personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees. After submitting your return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

If you are returning an item due to personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout. Additionally, a $3.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that the timing for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged & Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged packaging and the item. We will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund without requiring the return of the damaged goods.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.

7. How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for approval and receive a return shipping address and/or prepaid label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back and provide the tracking number on our website or in your correspondence.
  4. After inspection, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to this policy.
